The lines on the windows are supposed to be something like a chain-link wire for protection in the apocalypse, so the windows don't get broken. However, it was too dense so if looked from afar it's be blurry which is not ideal for video games.
I fixed the wires and made it into some kind of pipes bar. It blocks the vision of the driver a bit but for protection, some vision is sacrificed. It does not block major objects like the road and the surroundings though.
I wanted the props (like the arcade machine, the hazard sign, the radio, the steering wheel, the seat cushion) to pop out more than the interior background, so I choose brighter colours that pop for the props, whereas I used duller colours for the things that I didn't want to stand out so much.
Props are extracted from the interior.

For references, I just searched for truck interiors to get an idea. The rest are improvised.
I decided to only focus on the cockpit interior.
