First, we had to practice perspectives.

Fig 1.1, 2 point perspective with assets from ZZZ

Fig 1.2, Isometric perspective with assets from MS' Korean Folk Town

Then, we had to get used to using silhouettes and value painting b4 drawing lineart on top of them.

Fig 2.1, example

Though the first 2 that was did in class looked really bad and kinda embarrassing, I included it here just to see the progress.

Fig 2.2, attempt 1

Fig 2.3, attempt 2 following set descriptions in the example

I tried using the value painting method (that I am unfamiliar with) to create few buildings for the world I want to build for this module.

Prompt 1- Enchanted forest | Peaceful | Medieval | Fantasy | Cathedral | Celestial Motif

Prompt 2- Enchanted forest | Peaceful | Medieval | Fantasy | Apothecary

More value painting/ ambience/ atmosphere for my world building.

At this point I have already decided that I wanted my world to be in an enchanted forest which is only accessible through the gate, a huge tree with the hero asset in the middle. I want it to feel magical, thus the blue-purple-pink ambience. (more abt this in Project 1 Blog)
